An experienced engineer and co-founder of NOXTAK, her personal experience with electrohypersensitivity was the catalyst behind SPIRO® technology. With expertise spanning telecoms, innovation, and operational strategy, she brings a unique combination of technical knowledge, personal insight, and organizational discipline to EFEIA’s mission.

He’s dedicated his career to understanding and solving electromagnetic pollution. His innovations include SPIRO®, a patented nano-magnetic technology that neutralizes EMF interference without blocking signals, and the IAS Method, now used by professionals worldwide. An Amazon best-selling author and winner of the Edison Awards and German Innovation Award, he brings scientific credibility and entrepreneurial drive to EFEIA’s mission of research, education, and environmental advocacy.

Luis Miguel Valdés, MD

Luis Miguel Valdés, MD

Co-Founder & Scientific Council Member

Co-founder of EFEIA, he is an otolaryngologist specializing in oxidative stress and tinnitus, with a particular focus on electropollution-related hearing conditions. A graduate with honors from the University of Havana School of Medicine, he brings decades of clinical experience as a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in Florida and has presented in over 73 countries. His research into the intersection of electromagnetic exposure and auditory health adds critical clinical depth to EFEIA’s mission.

Drawn to the foundation by its commitment to truth and access, she believes technology and well-being can thrive together, and that no one should have to compromise one for the other.

Coordinator of Licensing, Accreditation & Publications

She leads content development and scientific communication at EFEIA, ensuring the foundation’s voice is clear, accurate, and grounded in research. A lifelong tech enthusiast, her experience with electrohypersensitivity sparked a personal commitment to healthier innovation, beginning with SPIRO and deepening through her work at EFEIA. She also oversees consultant licensing and space accreditations under the BEMCP framework, maintaining alignment between scientific outputs, educational materials, and EFEIA’s global standards.

Bárbara Esteva

European Delegation Coordinator

A Telecommunications Engineer with advanced specialization in electromagnetic pollution, environmental health, and electrohypersensitivity (EHS). Certified by GEMS Academy and licensed by the EFEIA Foundation, she provides assessments for individuals and organizations, combining technical solutions with electromagnetic hygiene strategies. After living with severe EHS for over a decade, she applied the EFEIA Protocol and made a full recovery. She now coordinates projects and partnerships in Europe, connecting organizations with licensed specialists and advancing EFEIA’s mission across the region.

Audiovisual Documentation Manager

She manages audiovisual documentation at EFEIA. During her work with NOXTAK over the past five years, she began to recognize symptoms of electrohypersensitivity in herself, a realization that deepened her curiosity and commitment to the field. As part of the academic team behind the launch of GEMS, she’s helped shape how complex ideas are translated visually. Her focus is on making education around electropollution clear, engaging, and accessible to all.

Project Coordinator for Case Studies (SPIRO / EFEIA)

He works with the SPIRO team and serves as a key collaborator for EFEIA’s research initiatives. With experience in technical field measurements and device handling, Mattias manages the delivery, placement, and tracking of SPIRO units used in studies. His role supports transparency and accuracy in each deployment, acting as a reliable bridge between SPIRO technology and EFEIA’s research protocols.
